At home, it is easy to be completely organic. With so many choices, and a little imagination, anything is possible. But I love to go out to eat! It’s great way to connect with friends, discuss a new business plan, or just have a fun night out. The problem? It is VERY difficult to find organic food outside of the supermarket.
Organic doesn’t mean just twigs and berries. You can have a sinfully decadent, carb-laden Italian feast while still sourcing the finest organically produced food products. You can enjoy your meal knowing that you are supporting the best quality agriculture, animal welfare, and promoting small-business organic farmers!
Here is a great recipe for Penne with Chicken and Broccoli. I used Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, Simply Organic, Whole Foods Market, Wild Harvest Organic products, but you can substitute your favorite brands.
